A Gold Coast construction company, whose nominee has previously been banned from the industry over a company collapse, is in administration amid questions over whether it holds a proper licence to build.
Qld Cedar Constructions, which is registered with ASIC at Benowa but lists a Helensvale address on its website, went into voluntary administration on April 28.
The company’s website said it was available to construct domestic and commercial buildings, as well as townhouses – however it only holds a trade contractor licence for wall and floor tiling.
Trade contractors licence, hope no one fell for the con.
