A long-troubled Brisbane home builder, whose firm lost its licence nearly two years ago, has tipped the company into liquidation.
James Schulz took steps this week to wind up his business James Schulz Constructions Pty Ltd, which traded as JSC Prestige Homes since its launch in 1997.
He tapped David Stimpson from SV Partners to act as liquidator of the company, which had $450,000 paid shares on issue.
It’s unclear how much money may be owing to creditors. Mr Stimpson did not return a call seeking comment Thursday.
