Adcon Contracting facing wind-up action in Federal Court over alleged unpaid taxes

A company formerly connected to a controversial development figure is facing possible liquidation over an alleged $2.4m tax debt.

A company previously connected to a controversial development figure is facing wind-up action over a $2.4m tax debt.

Federal Court records show The Deputy Commissioner of Taxation has launched action seeking to place Adcon Contracting into liquidation.

Three companies – formwork group Peri Australia, AWE Australia consultants and land surveyors No Problems Just Solutions – have lodged their interests in the matter with the court.
