Notice from the Bloomer Constructions Administrator Jirsch Sutherland

Dear Creditors,

I refer to the appointment of Trent Devine and Sule Arnautovic as Joint & Several Administrators of Bloomer Constructions (QLD) Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) on 26 April 2017 and to our report to creditors dated 24 May 2017.

At the winding up hearing scheduled for today, the Court ordered the following:

The winding up hearing be adjourned; and
The meeting of creditors convened for 1 June 2017 be adjourned.

Having regard to the Court’s order, the meeting convened for 1 June 2017 will not be held. The Administrators will issue a report to all creditors detailing the timeline of the Voluntary Administration once the Court has finalised the relevant dates.
