A Gympie building company with more than $19 million of work on its books since 2018 has been liquidated by the federal court following a push by the Australian Taxation Office.
Hampton Home Builders was ordered into liquidation by Registrar Tim Luxton on Wednesday following a web conference, less than two weeks after an initial hearing on the matter.
An application to wind the company up was lodged by the Australian Taxation Office on May 28, 2024.
