The former name of a besieged development and construction boss has been revealed in court documents as he’s being sued for more than $3.2m in alleged unpaid tax.
The Deputy Commissioner of Taxation is suing Danny Isaac, managing director of Descon Group Australia, for penalties it says are owed to the Commonwealth by six companies he directed.
According to the claim, Mr Isaac was previously known as Sami Adib and was director of a company named Structures WA
