BCIPA is the Building and Construction Industry Payment Act 2004.
The BCIPA is a cost effective adjudication process to get paid for work or goods supplied in the building and construction industry if there is a dispute.

"It doesn't matter whether the contract was for construction work or the provision of goods or services to the construction industry, or even if it was only a verbal agreement and not written down, as long as the contract was agreed to after 1 October 2004 and the work carried out in Queensland, you may be able to use the adjudication process under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (BCIPA).
