I didn't receive or can't find my registration email / login link
Note that sometimes inboxes may reject mail from unknown addresses or put it in spam / promotions folders. Please check your spam / promotions folders for the email.
1.If you did not receive your registration email containing your login instructions you will need to do the following:
2. Log into your paypal account and find the Transaction ID for your payment to Subbies United.
3. Send us an email at admin@subbiesunited.com.au and include the Transaction ID and your name and email used to register.
4. We will forward you a new registration link via email.
Trouble logging in?
Usually the issue is incorrect username or password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive so make sure you use capitals if you used them when creating your username / password combo.
You can try using your email address in the username field if you are unsure of your username.
If you are sure your username is correct and still can't gain access you should reset your password. You can reset your password by clicking on the "Lost your password" link on the login page.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to register?
You can pay over the phone if you don't want to use PayPal. Our contact details can be found here.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by following the link on your member welcome / home page. Note that payments are made once per year and that payment is not refundable - either in full or as part refund if you cancel your subscription before the one year period expires.
