MODUS OPERANDI
How we were treated by our first predator was his “modus operandi” or mode of operation, he had turned a cheap form of litigation into an art form, it only cost less than $260 to lodge an application and the rewards can be astronomical. How he treated us was how he treated all his victims, by talking to the other victims it allowed us to mount a very strong defence.
In this case he was bought to account, he had a history of it as long as your arm, he had lost the odd one but he had won far more than he lost, he was extremely litigious, as he left the court with his tail between his legs, his parting comment to us was “oh well, a wins a win” just before he shoved me from behind like the coward he is (my fault for turning my back on my predator but if you are not safe in a court, where are you safe?).
I found evidence of many other subcontractors who just gave up and walked away from the debt because they felt it was just too hard to collect, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers and manufacturers, people from all walks of life, working hard to feed their families, it opened my eyes to the system that is there for all but is easily manipulated if you know how. I also collected evidence and had plenty of help from other predator victims who are only too happy to share their experiences to help stop to these bastards once and for all.
COLLATERAL DAMAGE
These unscrupulous predators operate under the premise that if you throw enough shit against the wall, some of it will stick, if you do it often enough, at the very least you will win some and at other times you will win a part settlement, the losses are inconsequential as it costs next to nothing other than time, something these litigious cretins have plenty of. They have an insatiable hunger for money that does not belong to them and a gluttonous appetite to exercise their power and superiority over you because in their twisted narcissistic minds, you are just a lowly shit kicking subcontractor.
I have personally been told in writing by one of these predators that “your significance is that little to me I could not be bothered in finding out if anyone knows you and what sort of person you are”. That comment was just another careless mistake that can be used as evidence against the predator.
Keep in mind when dealing with these predators, that the collateral damage inflicted on you the subcontractor, your employees and and your families is insignificant to the predator.
