Explanatory Note: CCT was the original Commercial & Consumer Tribunal in Queensland, since 2009 it has been known as QCAT, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

QCAT is a relatively inexpensive way to recover a legitimate debt.

This resource is for the subcontractor about to enter into a contract with a builder, by simply typing their details into the link, published cases for that builder will be shown.

We are not telling you who or who not to work for but if you see a builder who has had numerous appearances against subcontractors or home owners in the old CCT or its replacement QCAT, you have to ask yourself the questions,

Do I want to work for this company?
Will I get paid from this company?
Will I end up like the others who have suffered at the hands of this company?
