A major Queensland building company, battling numerous court cases and out of pocket by more than $30 million, says it is solvent and operating as usual.
Tomkins Commercial and Industrial Builders has six current cases in the Brisbane Supreme Court, five of which involve developers of large residential projects under construction.
Three of the cases are against York Property Holdings, part of the Heran Group, which
is developing the $100 million Midwater Main Beach tower.
