Bloody handy and a massive coincidence that they just so happen to have 275k in assets to pay the secured creditor NAB its 275k debt and another 32k cash to kick off the liquidators so they can get up and running to sue subbies for preferences. So calculated and obvious and people wonder why I detest most builders.
What about the subby owed 208k? Where did that money go I wonder? Great Xmas for him and the other subbies.
