A marathon legal fight over the $63 million collapse of Condev Construction has ended in humiliation for Commonwealth prosecutors, who were blasted for making “illogical” arguments in the failed legal bid, which left the complex liquidation in limbo for more than two years.
Condev spectacularly collapsed in March 2022 with a string of unfinished major projects and crushing debts to more than 700 creditors.
