The Gold Coast building sector is mourning the death of developer Tye Alroe.
The experienced builder, who was the CEO and founder of Alroe Constructions, died suddenly of a heart attack while exercising at Burleigh Heads’ Forever Fitness Gym on Tuesday afternoon.
He collapsed after feeling unwell and could not be revived by emergency services workers.
He was 39 years old.
